A wonderful interior design for a nice owner who dreamed of a beautiful interior design in her favorite colors. The new interior is not only functional and tailored to her favorite style, but also designed according to the needs of the residents. In addition, numerous amenities support relaxation and comfort of living. This stylish house is located in Wittmund in the north of Germany in Ostfriesland.
We carefully analyzed the needs of the owners to provide them with the best place that will be conducive to their comfort and common relaxation. We appreciate the investor’s involvement in this project, which is why creating a friendly and inspiring environment was crucial for us.
The layout of the house based on the open space concept was designed with the lifestyle of the household in mind. The common area is divided into zones, which promotes integration and allows direct contact between everyone. The heart of the house, ideal for both formal and informal meetings, as well as everyday conversations, is the living room with a fireplace and a dining room connected to the kitchen and the entrance to the mezzanine. The bedrooms have been separated, ensuring privacy and the ability to rest in peace.
The house was completed in September 2024. Earlier – from June this year. – design work was underway to adapt the new space undergoing renovation to the investor’s assumptions and guidelines.
