The Grandhotel Kaiserhof Victoria is located directly on the spa gardens of Bad Kissingen and has 156 rooms and nine suites. In the garden wing there are living areas with terraces or balconies with a view of the greenery.

Over the decades the hotel has been visited by important personalities, politicians, cultural and art people. Today the palace opens its hospitable borders both to those who want to stay here longer and to those who only want to spend a few hours here. The hotel section has been enlarged in order to be able to offer even more guests great accommodation.
